In Q1 I worked on a 5-9 rhythm and used that period to rethink how I want to work, recover, and create with more intention.
Health
I experimented with keto and low carb living earlier this year.
Now I am doing OMAD, staying low carb, and trying to get rid of my yogurt and nuts addiction.
Why it matters
I care less about hacks and more about building a way of life that feels calm, strong, and fully alive.
